Arrive in Baku
Arrive at Heydar Aliyev International Airport; private transfer to your hotel. Evening walk on the seafront boulevard.
Overnight Baku
- Day 2
Old City and modern Baku
Walking tour of the Old City (Icherisheher): the Maiden Tower and the Palace of the Shirvanshahs. Later, the Heydar Aliyev Center (outside view or entry, tickets extra) and the Flame Towers viewpoint at Upland Park.
Overnight Baku
- Day 3
Gobustan and the mud volcanoes
Drive south to Gobustan to see the ancient rock carvings at the museum and reserve; continue to the mud volcanoes if conditions allow.

Absheron peninsula
Half-day to the Ateshgah fire temple and Yanar Dag, the hillside where natural gas burns continuously. Free time in the afternoon for shopping or the boulevard.

Departure
Transfer to the airport for your flight home.

- Best months are usually April to June and September to October.
- Mud volcano visits depend on weather and road conditions, and may be replaced by another sightseeing option.
